Take in Wyoming’s relaxing atmosphere in our turn-of-the-century social parlor and enjoy reading a book to the flicker of the fire and the tick-tock of the grandfather clock whilst sipping a glass of wine. Ahh! Heaven!
We run our hotel on a very informal basis. We love it when guests relax and curl up with a book or watch an old movie in the parlor. We hate stuffiness and imposing rules on guests so we have no dress code for dinner despite the fine surroundings. We want you to enjoy yourself. Our team of friendly people are equipped with bubbly personalities so relax, enjoy and join in the friendly banter, but order your drinks first.
The hotel is a refuge for adults and children and pets are not allowed.
We place great emphasis on our food and Susan produces mouth-watering dishes that leave you wanting more. Our bedrooms are individually furnished and very different - so unlike the cloned rooms of the chain hotels. We have traditional four posters which are great fun for a romantic weekend or a night away from home. The decor includes vintage nudes from the late 1800's to the early 1930's echoing the saucy memories of times past. Most bedrooms enjoy either the Wyoming sun rise or the Elk Mountain sunset (weather permitting, that is).
If you enjoy rustic elegance and being pampered in your country home then this is the place for you.
