Fathers Day – Sunday 17th – Choice of Blackened Chicken and Dirty Rice or, Pork Spare Ribs, Cajun Spiced Fries and Coleslaw with Brownie & Ice Cream $ 20 per person
Sweet Wednesday – Folk Duo – they were at the hotel April 2011 and wanted to come back so they will play in the dining room as too many skeeters in the Gazebo at the moment. We will serve dinner around 6.30 – prix fixe with limited choice menu followed by entertainment. Call Susan for details and reservations.

Saturday June 30th – Fund Raiser for our little Town Church as we need to heat it so people can use it on days that are not 80 in the shade. - An evening in the Old West – Cowboy Poet and a presentation of the racy Madams of the old west, plus dinner of Cornbread, House Salad, Braised Beef with Mashed Potatoes and Cowboy Beans, or Trout Filet with Fingerling Potatoes & Herb Butter, followed by Red Velvet Cake and Ice Cream.

Saturday 7th: Williams Wedding in Gazebo with BBQ Reception for 40 people in meadow. Ceremony 1 pm, followed by reception 1.30pm/ 2 pm to 6 pm. Hotel Closed to the public until evening.
Tuesday 10th: Fort Collins Questers Lunch for 15-20 people from 1 pm.
Saturday 14th Bastille Day: French Food Fest, details TBD Slice of quiche, Salad, Chicken a La Normande, or Trout Meuniere, Floating Island Soup.
Friday July 20th Wine Pairing with New Zealand Oyster Bay Wines Menu to include smoked salmon, sweet potato and strawberry taste tingler, lobster salad, choice of Lamb with a red wine sauce and roasted pears, or Duck with Fig Sauce, finishing up with Pavlova, a quintessential antipodean dessert. Wines will be paired accordingly. Reservations essential.
Off to College BBQ
17th & 18th Women on Target Pistol Clinic for women only. Classroom and some outdoor with 2 dinners, light lunch and examination for NRA Basic Pistol Qualification.
Saturday 25th :Last of the Summer Wine, food/wine pairing , importing a touch of southern Italian warmth. Details TBD Or a special presentation from Vintages of Colorado – watch this space.

Last weekend in October 26 and 27th: Murder Mystery weekend $220 per person. To include lodging, Advance Reservations essential so we can allocate parts and send out information on characters.
Briefing dinner Friday 26th, breakfast Saturday, dinner and participation Saturday night, and breakfast prior to Sunday departure. Tax, Alcoholic drinks not included nor gratuity for wait staff. Murder Mystery takes place in England 1920 in a country house called Poetic Justice 10 to 16
guests, or 5 to 8 couples. Fancy dress recommended. We will theme the dinner and will inform guests in advance what part they are to play so that you can prepare your costumes. We will supply any additional props.Friday around 6pm. Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner from 6 pm and Sunday breakfast. HOTEL CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.
Nov. 9 and 10: German Food Fest: $20 per person. Vegetable & Barley Soup, House Salad, Fruit Stuffed Pork Loin with Fingerling Potatoes, OR Buttered Filet of Trout, Black Forest Cherry Cake.
