'Thank you' seems so small compared to the BIG difference you made in our lives during our visit to Elk Mountain. We couldn't have asked for more! The quiet, the gracious service, the delicious food, the beautiful surroundings. All have magnified how special this time has been to us. Perhaps we will visit again over an anniversary.

"Dear Friends at the Elk Mountain Hotel,
My husband and I visited your restaurant and experienced a marvelous meal. We live in Seattle area and are not strangers to good food, but the meal we had was special.
The peaceful and wild location, the beautiful historic dining room, the ancient legacy of the place and the serenity of the establishment—all of these things sank into our souls. Somehow we could hear one another better, and see each other more clearly, and understand each other’s hearts.
We were filled with happiness to be together and hope for the future. We had a chance to look at our lives in a new way. It felt like we were celebrating a divine gift.
And through it all we savored such heavenly food! The bourbon steak was indeed the finest either of us had ever tasted. Several of the dishes contained Indian spices which were rare and exotic and delicious. Never have we before experienced a meal so transcendent.
